Sanctuary Lakes Fauna Retreat offers a delightful escape filled with the charm of nature and the tranquility we all seek when unwinding. Nestled conveniently near Hervey Bay, it's perfect for morning strolls along the pedestrian and bike path, where breathtaking views of the coastline await. The well-maintained gardens create a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal setting to connect with local wildlife, including lovely ducks and playful turtles. Our cabin featured a private balcony, allowing us to enjoy birdwatching while sheltered from the rain, a true bonus during our stay. The attentive staff provided excellent service, enhancing our overall experience. This retreat is a hidden gem that couples or families alike would find remarkable.
